It is essential that the Secretary of State of the United States of America know that Amnesty International USA, as well as other People worldwide, like myself, are deeply concerned about the escalation of human rights abuses following the series of Israeli air strikes on the Gaza Strip that began on December 27th, and the invasion of Gaza. Since the beginning of the offensive, some 500 Palestinians have been killed, including scores of unarmed civilians, many of whom were women and children. Some 2,000 Palestinians have also been injured.
I am also concerned about the rockets fired by the armed “Palestinian” group Hamas. These attacks are against international law and have killed four Israelis and injured scores more. However, Hamas has long been misunderstood by the United States and the world.
The Israelis are trying to “kill” Cain by killing innocent Palestinians. The Cain is represented by Hamas, which is actually, although unknown to the jews, representing the Pharisees, who are themselves represented by “the ram bam,” “the Pharisee of all Pharisees,” Moses Maimonides, who appeared on the scene out of Hades in 1967, Ray Bans and all, as Yasser Arafat. Arafat, although supposedly a Fatah member, created Hamas to place the Pharisees, in discourse Hamas, in yet another manichean opposition to the jews.
Can the jews win this? Of course not. What do the Pharisees get? They get a layer of insulation, or so they thought, between themselves and Hades, by using the jews as sewer rat shields — the jews are “called away” every night to scarf coprophagia for the margin debt of sodomy — and demonizing the Palestinian People with Hamas by having a democratically elected Hamas government and then having ZOG DC list Hamas as a foreign terrorist organization, and then having the jews attack the stand in for the Pharisees, Hamas, which, with the election, is made, in discourse, identical with the Palestinian People.
Amnesty International USA is particularly dismayed at the lopsided response by the US government to the recent violence and its failure to ameliorate the humanitarian crisis in Gaza. Amnesty International and other human rights and humanitarian organizations, like People in general, are of course concerned about attacks directed at or resulting in harm to unarmed civilians. We of demand the US government to share this concern for all unarmed civilians, be they Israeli or Palestinians, who are caught in this conflict, and we urge the US government to spare no effort to pressure all sides in the conflict to immediately cease indiscriminate or disproportionate attacks which cause civilian fatalities and casualties.
The US government must not ignore Israel’s disproportionate response and the longstanding policies which have brought the Gaza Strip to the brink of humanitarian disaster. While Israel claims the right and the duty to protect its citizens, it violates international human rights and humanitarian law. International law takes security concerns into consideration and allows states to use reasonable means to confront legitimate threats. However, operations must be strictly necessary, proportionate, and make every effort to discriminate between combatant and civilian. Furthermore, knowing Hamas to be an Israeli fraud, one must question why the Israeli “response” has been so irrational. Egypt is NOT Egypto, and no amount of maniacal attacks on Gaza or anything else is going to save the jews from Hades.
In its latest bombing campaign, Israel is completely failing to meet the requirements of international law. The Gaza Strip is one of the most densely populated areas in the world. The attacks also come at a time when the civilian population already faces a daily struggle for survival. I believe it was planned this way, to be a year end “surge” to compound the horrors the Palestinians are facing. According to reports authored by Amnesty International, UN aid agencies, OXFAM, CARE, and several other organizations, the humanitarian crisis is at an all-time high level and is now worse that it has ever been since the 1967 Israeli military occupation. Rising unemployment, crippling prices of food and basic supplies, and inadequate medical facilities have created a man-made disaster. According to UN Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon, “The civilian population, the fabric of Gaza, the future of the peace process, stability in the region, and goodwill among people throughout the world: all are trapped between the irresponsibility displayed in the indiscriminate rocket attacks by Hamas militants and the disproportionality of the continuing Israeli military operation.”
At present there is an urgent need for access to humanitarian aid, food and essential supplies – as both aid agencies and residents of Gaza have long ago run out of provision reserves due to the Israeli blockade which has so restricted the flow of goods into Gaza for months. The quantities which the Israeli army has allowed into Gaza in recent days are nowhere near what is necessary to meet the basic needs of the population of 1.5 million. The United States should offer an airdrop of food and humanitarian supplies from Egypt. The United States military could easily drop in plenty of supplies.
AIUSA is further concerned that weaponry and military equipment supplied to Israel by the US or developed with US military assistance have been used in the recent Israeli strikes against densely populated civilian residential areas of Gaza, resulting in scores of unarmed civilian fatalities and hundreds of casualties, in violation of US law. The U.S. Arms Export Control Act of 1976 requires governments that receive weapons from the United States use them only for legitimate self-defense.
The U.S. government can play an important role in ending this crisis by strongly condemning unlawful attacks by Hamas and Israel which indiscriminately and/or disproportionately kill and injure civilians.
The U.S. must also take an active role in reversing the dire humanitarian crisis in Gaza by exerting pressure on Israel to open the crossings into Gaza to allow adequate quantities of humanitarian aid into the strip – including food, water, medicine and fuel. Humanitarian and human rights workers as well as media must be allowed to enter to aid in the recovery and to serve as neutral, third party observers. Israel must also grant the wounded access to hospitals in Israel and to Palestinian hospitals in East Jerusalem and the rest of the West Bank.
The United States should also take steps to insist that the Egyptian authorities open Egyptian hospitals to those in need of medical care which is not available in Gaza and ask that Egypt guarantees that its border guards do not resort to excessive use of force against those fleeing the bombing. Hamas must also ensure that its security forces and militias do not, under any circumstances, hinder or prevent the passage of the wounded or others patients trying to leave Gaza. The United States military could handle medevac assistance with helicopters, and should ask Egypt for permission to use Egyptian bases and/or send US Naval forces that are equipped to handle this task.
It is vital that the United States suspend the transfer of weapons to Israel immediately and conduct an investigation into whether U.S. weapons were used to commit human rights atrocities. I think it is clear to the world that Israel is firing the rockets from F-16s. Furthermore, the United States must look into past Human Rights atrocities by the state of Israel, such as the use of cluster bombs in Lebanon and the attack on the U.S.S. Liberty.
Finially, the United States must be a leader in the United Nations, and have the honesty and courage to stand up against Israel. Israel must be designated a terrorist state, and its membership in the United Nations must be terminated. Given that Israel has an arsenal of WMDs, the United States military must be on high-alert, and respond with a nuclear first strike to eliminate this threat. In addition, the US Congress, the Bush administration, and the Supreme Court must be investigated for any zionist control, and any ZOG zombies must be seized by law enforcement.

When I read your website (and a few others) it almost brings a tear to my eye because I realize that there are still true, decent, good, intelligent, moral Americans out there that see what is going on, have the audacity to convey the truth, and haven`t forgotten what the founding principles of America are and are willing to stick their necks on the line and confront our foreign enemy (Israel) as well as our domestic enemy (our constitution and America hating treasonous, filthy, traitorous whore “government”).
You, Philip Tourney, are a true American patriot and if the founding fathers were still alive they would be glad to see that their words and and the spirit of their struggle live on in heroes like yourself. Let may say first thank you from a veteran for taking a moral stand on the genocide in Gaza.
I am orginally Palestinian. And yes, the old glory was the first flag I saluted. I did proudly served in the U.S. Armed forces and never regret it. I did live in three continent, and I can assure you this is the best country I ever lived in.
At least you can speak your mind freely and you don’t have to worry some one come knocking at your door in the middle of the night. I am deeply dissapointed by our government foriegn policy. Especially when it comes to the Palestinian Israeli conflict.
Most recently, our government response to the mass slaughter taking place in Gaza as I write is a disgrace and very painfull to me. I have no faith in my government. The U.S. govement is equally guilty of the war cirme being committed in Gaza. The U.S. gives Israel the shield at the U.N. and our most sophisticated weapon to test on unarmed civilian in Gaza. The Israeli Occupation Forces are coward, and baby killers. They can’t face Hamas or Jihad face to face. So what do they do? Bomb 1.5 million people to stone ages from air, sea , and ground. for the last 20 days. They did not spare school, mosques, ambulances, clinics. Even today the target a cemetary. They are even after dead Palestinians. I also should add, one church in Gaza has been bombed and destroyed.
For those of you who may not know, among the 1.5 million Palestinian Gaza, there are about 3000 Christians also. Keep in mind this the palce where Jesus Christ [peace be upon him] was born. That is why it is callle the holey land.
My family is still waiting in a refugee camp in Lebanon to go back home. They still have the key and the deeds for our house. They are not allowed to return back home. But any Joe Blow American jew can go there, live on a Palesitinian stolen land, build a home on a Paletinian cemetary,received Israeli citizenship, and govement subsidy.
On Jan. 11th, 10,000 pro Israeli protesters rallyed in New York city and were led Sen. Shumar and Governor Patterson. They were celebrating, dancing on the streets over the mass killing in Gaza. Keep in mind those were the same basstards who falsely accused Palestinian children passing candy in the West Bank after 9/11. They were aslo carrying a visible sign that read,” Islam Is A Death Cult”. Such a racist mentality that has no bound. They make me sick. Their speaker repeated the same Israeli spin machine.
Yes, Israel did warned civilian in Gaza via phone and text messages about impending attacks on their homes. But they will never tell to that those bastards also called hundreds more that their home will be bombed , but never did. What does this mean? It is state sponsor terrorism. Awakening Americans is a must but not a stand alone remedy to any of the atrocities mentioned in this article and responses. Americans must be woken up to do something else besides waking up; waking up (or standing up) alone will accomplish nothing.

Interesting information on the Wikipedia Discussion page (it’s been archived, but not completely disappeared – see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:USS_Liberty_incident/Archive_7#RS_all_say_.22not_an_accident.22). Every serious commentator agrees that Israel knew it was an American ship – in fact a number of them (and a CIA informant) say that Israel threatened to sink the Liberty the afternoon of the day before! Only the disgusting Cristol still defends what Israel did although his book is lies and cover-up from end to end (even the photograph on the cover and three more inside, see http://www.ussliberty.org/photofraud.htm).
But you can guess the next part of the story, a tiny handful of bitter defenders have driven every honest patriot away in frustration. This is supposed to be the encyclopaedia that anybody can edit – so what’s stopping people?

Wikipedia is jew-controlled. I complained about this to Wikipedia, citing specific biases in the “encyclopedia,” including that “holocaust revisionism” redirects to “holocaust denial.” What did the Pharisees have Michael Douglas then do? The web address of the library where I complained from was blocked by Wikipedia!
Still, Wikipedia can be a valuable source of information, because the jews left on all the chatter they chirped back when they thought they were invulnerable on Wikipedia. The Zionists are experts in ‘divide and conquer’. Do not become divided, either in silly debates over left versus right, or even of us versus them. We cannot follow the road of division and hope to win this fight. We have to raise our own consciousness! We can’t drive out demons by following the way of demons.
The problem may beyond our human capacity to solve. Even Christ couldn’t solve it, but he did make very sure to throw out the money changers. (and was crucified shortly after).
Maybe the best thing is to declare war on Israel. It’s not the most poetic solution, but I would feel very good about that. Occupy their country, take back everything they stole from us, bring the Zionist criminals to trial, destroy their nuclear arsenal, and leave the country in peace.
